[ THAT'S A GREAT QUESTION I STILL HAVEN'T FINISHED OUR HOUSING DOC it was originally made by Karlach and Lennox though so let's go with Cottage Core but Fireproof. So lots of stone, and lots of greenery, and a sheep-shaped welcome rug.
